Organic EVOO

Certified organic and naturally expressive, this oil highlights aroma and clarity. With notes of almond, green tomato, and apple, Organic is best used where freshness matters most, especially for finishing vegetables, legumes, and Mediterranean dishes.

Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) EVOO

Produced exclusively from native olives grown in the Colline Salernitane, this PDO-certified oil reflects place, discipline, and tradition. Structured and savory, it is intended for finishing dishes where depth, bitterness, and origin take center stage.

Infused EVOO

Two distinct expressions designed for precision at the table. Limonolio is co-milled with real Amalfi lemons to bring brightness and lift. Piccantolio is infused with Italian chili peppers to deliver controlled warmth and depth. Used separately or together, they allow you to season with intention rather than excess.
