Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, freshness, and integrity of our olive oils for all customers.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to send a replacement.
