Dell’Orto PDO represents the most precise expression of our land. Produced exclusively in the Colline Salernitane region of Campania, this extra virgin olive oil is certified under the European Union’s Protected Designation of Origin. Every stage of production is governed by strict standards that safeguard origin, method, and character, resulting in an oil defined by authenticity and restraint.
This oil is produced exclusively from Carpellese, a native olive variety central to the Colline Salernitane designation.
The result is an oil shaped as much by geography as by tradition, reflecting the soils, climate, and centuries-old practices of southern Italy.
On the palate, Dell’Orto PDO opens with deep green aromas of olive leaf, grass, and unripe tomato.
