Olive Varietals

Dell'Orto Organic is a naturally expressive blend of organic olives traditionally grown in Campania.

Carpellese contributes herbal structure, green freshness, and a clean peppery edge. Rotondella adds softness, almond notes, and gentle fruit character.

Together these varietals create an oil that is aromatic and layered while remaining balanced and food focused.

Our Story

Dell'Orto has been producing olive oil in Oliveto Citra, Campania since 1870. Polidoro and Sergio Dell'Orto are the fourth generation to tend these groves — groves that include trees planted by their great-grandfather Vito, who founded the mill nearly 155 years ago.

The Organic line represents the family's commitment to farming without shortcuts. Every tree is cultivated without pesticides or chemicals. What goes into the bottle is exactly what nature and careful farming produce.
