A Mediterranean Classic
Dell'Orto Limonolio brings together our Classic extra virgin olive oil and sun-ripened lemons from the Amalfi Coast. Cold pressed together through a combined milling process — no artificial flavoring, no shortcuts. The result is a finishing oil with a natural citrus lift that enhances food without masking it.
Bright. Fragrant. Clean.
Crafted with Intention
Dell'Orto Limonolio opens with clean lemon zest and bright citrus aroma, followed by the rounded richness of olive oil. The finish is smooth and fragrant, leaving a fresh lightly savory impression that brings definition and energy to a dish.
Keep it within reach for moments when a dish needs brightness and clarity.
Limonolio is produced through a combined milling process in which olives and real Amalfi lemons are cold pressed together. This allows the citrus oils to integrate naturally with the olive oil, creating a smooth balanced expression that artificial flavoring can never replicate.
The lemons come from the Amalfi Coast — the same region that defines the flavor of limoncello and has supplied Italian kitchens with citrus for centuries.
This is a finishing oil and everyday companion for Mediterranean cooking.
Drizzle over seafood — grilled fish, shrimp, and scallops especially. Finish on fresh pasta and simple vegetable dishes. Toss with salads and roasted vegetables. Use in marinades for chicken or fish.
A small pour at the end of cooking is all it takes. The Limonolio does the rest.
The Amalfi Coast has defined Italian lemon culture for centuries. The lemons grown there — large, fragrant, intensely aromatic — are unlike anything found in a supermarket. When pressed together with our estate-grown olives from Oliveto Citra just inland, the result is something that could only come from this specific corner of Southern Italy.
Dell'Orto has been producing olive oil in Campania since 1870. The Limonolio is a newer expression of that tradition — one that captures the spirit of the Italian table in a single bottle.
