To honor the women in our lives, we invite you to try this delicate, flavorful cake infused with Dell’Orto Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh citrus. A perfect way to celebrate love, tradition, and strength!

🍰 Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup Dell’Orto Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ cup fresh orange juice
• Zest of 1 lemon

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
