For us, that story begins in Oliveto Citra, a small hilltop town in southern Italy where our founder's journey to rediscover his roots led to more than just family — it led to the olive oil that now sits on your table. We remember the fathers and grandfathers who worked the groves, harvested by hand, and preserved the knowledge of how to press the perfect olive. Their wisdom wasn’t written in books — it was passed through meals, memories, and moments around the table.
