I'm usually not a fan of hot and spicy, but in this case I have to make an exception. I have used this oil over and over for several dishes. It is absolutely delicious! First of all, it's not overly hot and spicy, and secondly, it's so flavorful! Our family is so pleased with the variety of Del'Orto Olive Oil's, that we won't be using anything else but these!
